ShortenMobile 1.2 – url shortener for Windows Phone
ShortenMobile watches the clipboard of the device and automatically shortens the urls for you. The application can be set to run at start up and hides in the background.

1. Download the latest attached ZIP file from htcAddicts website or from this post (click on “Download” button).
2. Extract the ZIP file into some temporary folder on your PC.
3. Copy the “cleanRAM.cab” file (from the ZIP file) into some temporary folder on your device (use ActiveSync).
4. Execute “cleanRAM.cab” from your device (use file explorer), recommend you install cleanRAM to device memory.
- .cab is the zipped file along with the Readme and License text files.
- After installation completed you find two links created, one called: “cleanRAM Config” (configuration tool) in the “Start Menu -> Programs” and the second called: “cleanRAM” (is the actual memory reclaimer) in the “Start Menu”.
- cleanRAM will be installed into /Program files/htcAddicts folder.
Uninstall Instructions:
1. Run cleanRAM Configuration.
2. Menu -> Schedule.
3. Uncheck the Enabled button.
4. Close.
5. “Start” -> “Settings” -> “System” -> “Remove Programs”.
6. Select and Uninstall “htcAddicts cleanRAM”.

CSMI 1.4b – custom icons for windows phone
Version 1.4 – Current
- New: Import/Export icon configuration: dumps to an XML file all the icons that have been changed, so you can reload them back later.. or after flashing a new rom Remember to leave the csmi_exported.xml on the root folder of your MicroSD card (if you don’t have an SD card, put it instead in the root of your device).
- New: In the list are now shown only the items actually present in the start menu, so you should get much less “phantom” icons on bad cooked roms (when the cooker adds an item, then removes it in the start menu but forgets to clean the registry )
- New: Main icon list now scrolls up/down instead of left/right
- New: When you are browsing for new icons, you can see the name of the application on the upper section of the dialog box. So many times I forgot which icon I was changing, it really pissed me off.. but not anymore!
- New/Fix in 1.4a: Added an option to not filter icons.. tell me if this solves some problems!
- Fix in 1.4b: Some localization problem solved.. should prevent errors during CSMI startup! Can’t test since I’ve only got a WWE Rom Please report feedback! Thanks!

WinVibe music player for Windows Mobile
Sure, you could pick up a first class commercial product like Conduits Pocket Player or 40th Floor's iPlay (worst customer service ever). But with free programs like MortPlayer and GSPlayer I've never seen the need to spend money.
The newest kid on the block is WinVibe, an amazingly versatile little player out of Korea (while the download link is in Korean, all the program menus are in English). There's a VGA version available as well.
WinVibe supports MP3, OGG, WMA, ASF, and WAV playback, which places it at or near the top of the heap when it comes to Windows Mobile music players. Those level meters you see, they work. There's also a working equalizer spectrum.
You also get a nice playlist manager, sleep timer, button mapping, support for HTTP and SHOUTcast streams and playback speed changing.
There are some nice sound effects, including bass boost, 3d chorus, surround sound, reverb, and echo. It even recognizes that I'm running it on a Dell Axim X50v, which has hardware support for bass and treble boosting, as well as a 3D audio setting. On the downside, it takes a long time to load large music folder and playlists, and WinVibe appears to use more CPU than MortPlayer. I also like MortPlayer because of its support for audiobooks and bookmarks.
